By registering for an event as a showfield participant, vendor or spectator, you agree to the following:

Showfield/vendor credentials and refunds: There are no refunds on Showfield & vendor registrations within 45 days of the event for which you have registered or purchased space. Contact our customer service team by phone at (717) 243-7855, M-F, 8 AM- 5 PM (EST) regarding refunds. Customers are advised to check their ticket or registration purchase for accuracy, upon receipt.

Replacement of lost or stolen Season Pass: No duplicate season passes will be issued to replace lost or stolen Season Passes. No exceptions. Re-admission: If you need to leave the show for any reason, you may return the same day with a hand stamp and punched ticket from that day’s entry. Ask a ticket taker to stamp your hand before leaving through the spectator gates.

Vendor Parking: Is made available for each event – on grounds or off grounds based on event, verify location with gate staff.  Parking in the car corral is not permitted.  Only vehicles for sale are permitted in the car corral. Parking is also not permitted in other vendors spaces, you must contain all of your merchandise and vehicles within the spaces that you rented.

Activities: Some on-site activities, such as Monster Truck rides, do charge a nominal fee. Please check the online activity listing for additional info. Spectator Conduct: Carlisle Events expects and requires all spectators, Showfield participants and vendors to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner during all activities of the event. All Carlisle events are inclusive environments and we embrace a multicultural and diverse community. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, bullying, xenophobia, or racism in any form. Carlisle Events is committed to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religious affiliation. We do not tolerate harassment in any form. Anyone violating these rules will be removed from the event. By attending this event, you are agreeing to abide by these guidelines.

Management will under no circumstances, tolerate any of the following: drunkenness, public nudity, burnouts, recklessness, foul language, offensive clothing, blaring or offensive music, cruising of vehicles on grounds, standing up in the truck bed, fighting or the throwing of anything at or from vehicles including beads, candy and other objects. Unapproved golf carts, ATVs and similar motor or electric vehicles are prohibited. Carlisle Events requires pre-registration of all handicap golf carts. There will be a ZERO TOLERANCE policy on disruptive behavior at all events. Carlisle Events WILL pull show credentials or spectator access for any inappropriate conduct inside or outside of the show grounds. Security and event staff are present to ensure a fun and safe event for everyone, please comply when they make a request.

Driving On-grounds: Patron safety is everyone’s responsibility. Your vehicle is to remain parked from the time you arrive through the time you leave - daily. No cruising, no burnouts. No side by sides, ATV’s, electric scooters, mini-bikes, dirt bikes, remote-controlled vehicles or bicycles are permitted.

Noise: The volume of radios, stereos, TVs, loudspeakers, etc. should not disturb or be a nuisance to others. No profanity. Generators must be turned off overnight as not to disrupt others nearby. Generators must also be properly ventilated.

Alcohol: Disorderly persons will not be tolerated. No glass bottles. Sale of alcoholic beverages other than by a licensed vendor, is prohibited. Providing alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 21 is prohibited by law in Pennsylvania.

Open fires and fire pits are prohibited.

Drone Policy - No remotely controlled aircraft or ground vehicle devices are authorized to operate on, above or below the Carlisle Fairgrounds at any time.  This includes, but is not limited to, unmanned aircraft systems, radio controlled model aircraft, other devices that can be operated in airspace and remote controlled cars/ground vehicles (collectively, “Drones”).  Carlisle Events will notify the Federal Aviation Administration and/or the Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF), and/or any other law enforcement authority deemed necessary of any incidents involving airborne aircraft or any other unauthorized remote controlled ground based vehicles.

All bags and vehicles are subject to search.

Service Animals & Pets - Officially registered service animals are permitted by law. Carlisle Events strongly advises against bringing your pet to an event. Pavement gets very hot, some animals are aggressive, and accidents happen. With that said, we do permit pets, however, only under the following guidelines: Pets should be leashed at all times; and provide them with food/water/shade. Pick up and dispose of their waste; and keep them away from other pets and patrons. No pets in the Food Court. Do not leave your pets in your vehicles at any time. Pets must have current vaccines and licenses. Your pet must be under your control at all times. You are fully responsible for its actions. Any offensive or unsafe actions by your pet or as the owner, will result in expulsion from the event without refund.

Smoking is prohibited in the Food Court and in the seating area adjacent to the Food Court. Smoking is also prohibited in and around all on-grounds concession stands, inside of all buildings and restrooms and in any on-grounds seating areas, such as benches and bleachers.

Spectator, Showfield and Vendor parking is at your own risk. Carlisle Events does not guarantee the safety or security of any property left at any site, on grounds or off grounds, at any time.

Personal scooters may be used at any time by people with mobility challenges. Rental of scooters is provided by Scootaround. Contact them in advance to make a reservation. (1-888-441-7575 or https://bit.ly/3oRQW2l). Scooters are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability of a scooter at all events is not guaranteed if not reserved in advance. Golf carts are strongly discouraged because of the danger they pose to people in crowded aisles. If there is a medical reason that you cannot use a personal scooter, you must meet our requirements and obtain written permission from Carlisle Events to use your golf cart in advance of the event. Call for detailed information. Carlisle Events will issue a sticker for approved golf carts. Any golf cart without a Carlisle Events authorized sticker will be removed from the property. No exceptions.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Carlisle Events of any change of address, contact phone number or email address, both before and after receipt of the goods. Please note that our preferred method of contact for customers booking online is by email, so care should be taken to provide a current, valid email address. The right to admission to an event is reserved by the promoter and event venue, who may take health and safety, environmental and security concerns into account at their reasonable discretion.

SHOWFIELD REGULATIONS
Saving spaces on any part of the Showfield at any time during any event is prohibited.

For Sale signs are not permitted on Showfield vehicles. If you would like to sell your vehicle, please buy a Car Corral space from the Vendor Services office. You may not sell anything on the Showfield. No parts, no food, no beverages. If you have automotive parts you’d like to sell, you may purchase a space in the automotive flea market (swap) where you can display them and conduct business. Clubs may sell club merchandise from their club tents.

Space permitting, you may set up a canopy behind your vehicle (10 ft. x 10 ft. maximum size). Personal canopies/tents must be securely tethered and owners are liable for any damages.Remove all canopies in windy and storm conditions. All personal canopies/tents must be removed daily (this includes the frame and the fabric).

SPECTATOR ENTRY AND ADVERTISING RELEASE
Accepting entry of any individual entering this event as a paid or comp spectator, Showfield registrant and vendor, each of the following persons (spouse, children and/or guests), as represented and authorized by the person whose name and signature is listed below, do hereby authorize, permit, give, grant, license, relinquish and release to Carlisle Events, Carlisle, PA, and to any of its affiliates, licensees agents and representatives, the absolute right to do each of the following activities involving each said persons, whether for commercial and non-commercial purposes and uses, whether in connection with, before, during, or after the event or otherwise, and without any further payment, consideration or notice from Carlisle Events, Carlisle PA and in the sole discretion of Carlisle Events, Carlisle PA, to: (a) photograph, draw, depict, copy characterize, and/or recreate any images or likeness of each said persons and their vehicles; (b) print, publish and/or release details and /or information about any of said persons and their vehicles; and (c) create, assemble, manufacture, print, distribute and/or sell advertising, magazines, brochures, flyers, posters, T-shirts, packaging, and/or articles of manufacture which show said persons and their vehicles, and/or any image thereof. These rights to Carlisle Events, Carlisle PA include, but are not limited to, any proprietary rights, intellectual property and/or copyright interests necessary to carry out each of the above-identified activities, and further includes world-wide, non-exclusive and royalty-free license. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT IN CONSIDERATION of being permitted to compete, officiate, observe, work, or participate in any way in the EVENT(S) or being permitted to enter for any purpose any RESTRICTED AREA (defined as any area requiring special authorization, credentials, or permission to enter or any area to which admission by the general public is restricted or prohibited), EACH OF THE UNDERSIGNED, for himself, his personal representatives, heirs, and next of kin: Acknowledges, agrees, and represents that he/she has or will immediately upon entering any of such RESTRICTED AREAS, and will continuously thereafter, inspect the RESTRICTED AREAS which he/she enters, and he/she further agrees and warrants that, if at any time, he/she is in or about RESTRICTED AREAS and he/she feels anything to be unsafe, he/she will immediately advise the officials of such and if necessary will leave the RESTRICTED AREAS and/or refuse to participate further in the EVENT(S). HEREBY RELEASES,WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE the owners, company, promoters, participants, associations, sponsors, partners, clubs, vendors, vehicle owners, sanctioning organizations or any subdivision thereof, any persons in any RESTRICTED AREA, promoters, sponsors, advertisers, owners and leases of premises used to conduct the EVENT(S), premises and event inspectors, surveyors, underwriters, consultants and others who give recommendations, directions, or instructions or engage in risk evaluation or loss control activities regarding the premises or EVENT(S) and each of them, their directors, officers, agents and employees, all for the purposes herein referred to as "Releases," FROM ALL LIABILITY TO THE UNDERSIGNED, his/her personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin FOR ANY AND ALL LOSS OR DAMAGE, AND ANY CLAIM OR DEMANDS THEREFOR ON ACCOUNT OF INJURY TO THE PERSON OR PROPERTY OR RESULTING IN DEATH OF THE UNDERSIGNED ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE EVENT(S), WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR HEREBY AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS the Releases and each of them FROM ANY LOSS, LIABILITY, DAMAGE, OR COST they may incur arising out of or related to the UNDERSIGNED’S INJURY OR DEATH, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR HEREBY ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISK OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE arising out of or related to the EVENT(S) whether caused by the NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES or HEREBY acknowledges that THE ACTIVITIES OF THE EVENT(S) ARE VERY DANGEROUS and involve the risk of serious injury and/or death and/or property damage. Each of THE UNDERSIGNED, also expressly acknowledges that INJURIES RECEIVED MAY BE COMPOUNDED OR INCREASED BY NEGLIGENT RESCUE OPERATIONS OR PROCEDURES OF THE RELEASEES. HEREBY agrees that this Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement extends to all acts of negligence by the Releases, INCLUDING NEGLIGENT RESCUE OPERATIONS and is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the laws of the State or Province in which the Event(s) is/are conducted and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS, FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE OR GUARANTEE BEING MADE TO ME AND INTEND TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT CARLISLE EVENTS, CARLISLE, PA, IS MATERIALLY RELYING ON THIS WAIVER AND IS ALLOWING THE UNDERSIGNED TO ATTEND AND/OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY ACTIVITY AT THE EVENT BECAUSE OF MY VOLUNTARY EXECUTION OF THIS AGREEMENT.
