With three events complete as part of the 2018 Chip Miller Amyloidosis Foundation awareness and fund-raising calendar, CMAF turns its attention to Carlisle, Pennsylvania. On the heels of successful surf, slide and skate events, CMAF proudly presents its 4th Annual Benefit Dinner as part of Corvettes at Carlisle. Corvettes at Carlisle is presented by Corvette America and runs August 23-26 at the Carlisle PA Fairgrounds, with the dinner taking place on Friday, August 24 at the neighboring Carlisle Expo Center.

The dinner is an over the top event that’s perfect for a couple’s night out, a car club’s dinner party or just for individuals looking for a good time. Launched in 2015 as yet another way to honor Chip Miller and raise awareness for Amyloidosis, the dinner welcomes special Corvette themed guests and allows attendees to indulge with great food and a selection of drinks. Best of all, money from this magnificent event directly benefits the CMAF.

It all starts at 6 p.m. at the Expo Center and includes dinner, a live auction, bar with drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), significant cars associated with the Corvette enthusiast base and more. Registration is just $60 per person while supplies last. The cost increases to $75 starting Monday, August 20, including at the door where a limited amount of tickets will be available. Guests are encouraged to purchase now to avoid the day-of rush that accompanies this wonderful evening of food, fun and camaraderie.

As if getting together to make new friends or connect with old ones isn’t enough, there’s a charity auction that’ll take place too. Items up for grabs include the following:

Of course, you can’t wine and dine without a great menu! Dinner options are as follows:

1st Course
Garden Salad - greens, tomato, cucumber, carrots, cheese, croutons with Ranch and Balsamic Vinaigrette on tables
Fresh rolls and butter

2nd Course
Served: Family style platters of - Bourbon BBQ Bacon-wrapped Pork Medallions, Cavatappi in a Seafood Cream Sauce with Shrimp, Sautéed Sugar Snap Peas
Stationed: Prime Rib Carving Stations with creamy horseradish sauce and baked potatoes with butter and sour cream.

3rd Course
Stationed: Dessert Table with assorted Desserts

The backdrop, the world’s largest all-Corvette themed event, welcomes over 60,000 guests from around the world and showcases 5,000 Corvettes. For 2018, Corvettes at Carlisle presents a special display of Corvettes which will come together to form an American Flag, special industry guests, activities and of course the now seven-decade resume of America’s Sports Car, the Corvette.
