Clubs Meet at Carlisle

Are you a member of a Local, Regional, National or Web-based Car Club? If so, we invite you to host your gathering at one of our Specialty Events held at the Carlisle PA Fairgrounds. The relationships that we have built with clubs over the years are the backbone of our events.

Club Resources

We offer:

• Professional staff to help you with coordination
• On-site catering services
• Tent, table and chair rentals
• Security and first aid services
• Clean restrooms & Bathhouses
• Celebrity choice awards (at most events)
• Free Event Directories that could feature an article and photos about your club
• Clean Showfield with paved roadways and grass parking

We strive to make each Specialty Event enjoyable for the entire family. In addition to our Showfield, Swap Meet, and Car Corral most events include the following activities:

Carlisle Club Challenge

We challenge all Clubs to show their strength in numbers! The Top 3 Clubs (based on the number of registered show vehicles) are recognized at each Specialty Event's Awards Ceremony with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place banners to proudly display at Carlisle, at your home gatherings and at any other events your group attends.

**Club Challenge is held at all Specialty Events excluding Carlisle Bike Fest.

Club Tent Program

Tent rentals are available at most Specialty Events to use as your Club Headquarters. We offer free tents to Clubs who register a specific number of Showfield cars as a way of showing our appreciation for Club participation. Contact us for details and to check participation levels and availability.

Coolest Club Hangout Award

The Coolest Club Hangout Award is presented to a Club participating in the Club Tent Program with the most creative Club Tent display. In addition to the display you must also be an example of what Carlisle Events is all about: HAVING FUN! The Coolest Club Hangout award is a banner for your club to proudly display at Carlisle, at your home gatherings and at any other events your group attends.

**Coolest Club Hangout is held at all Specialty Events excluding Corvettes at Carlisle and Carlisle Bike Fest.
