Gate Information and Hours of Operation
Gates open daily at 7am. Gate 3 is
open 24 hours for vendors and participants with proper
credentials.
Admission
- Spectator admission: $20 Saturday / $15 Sunday / 2-Day Pass $25

Traffic Flow at Performance & Style
The reason we split the two groups is to make sure the lines and traffic flow into the Fairgrounds is as smooth as possible and that you experience as little traffic as possible. Please help us keep traffic moving!
Pre-Registered Participants
Pre-registering for P&S has its advantages; not only do you
save money on registration, but you also get to be on
the fast track for picking up your credentials at the
show. Things have changed for 2009, so even if you’ve
been here the past couple years please read carefully!
Gate 3 is the main entrance for the
Fairgrounds, this will not change. However, if you pre-registered
for the show you will FIRST drive to the Gate
5 to pick up your credentials and goody bag.
Splitting the traffic in half helps make the process
smooth and seamless as possible getting into the Fairgrounds.
Pre-Registration Credential Pick-up Hours at Gate 5:
Registering Day of Event Participants
If you are registering the day of
the event, you will go to the Showfield Registration
lot located just outside of Gate 3. You will be guided
into a parking spot and then you will make your way
into the Showfield Office to pick up your credentials
and goody bag. To make this as seamless as possible
we strongly urge you to move in and out of that lot
as quickly as possible. Please DO NOT wait for friends
in that lot. Our parking staff will enforce the no waiting
policy.

Y, Z Hours (Display Vehicles)
- Saturday: 7am - 8pm
- Sunday: 7am - 5pm
Parking & Camping
- General Public Parking is located inside Gate 1 for $10 per day.
- No on-grounds camping available. Visit the "Hotel Reservations" page for lodging options.
Financing
Members 1st Federal Credit Union. Located inside Building T. For ATM, cash advances and auto loans.

- Sunday: 9am to 2pm
Vendor Services Office
For information and all vendor transactions visit Vendor Services located outside Gate 3.
