Have your Club meet in Carlisle

Are you a member of a local, regional, national or web based car club? If so, we invite you to host your gathering at one of our specialty events held at the Carlisle PA Fairgrounds. The relationships that we have built with clubs over the years are the backbone of our events. We offer FREE tents to clubs who bring a certain amount of showfield cars with them as a way of showing our appreciation for club participation. We also hold a club challenge based on participation numbers and for the second year we will give away the Coolest Club Hangout Award to the club that is having the most fun.

Car Club Tent Reservations

Each club that registers by the club tent registration deadlines below will be eligible for a tent to use for club headquarters (size based on participation, see below):

• Carlisle Performance & Style - April 20
• Carlisle Import-Kit/Replicar Nationals - April 27
• Carlisle All-Ford Nationals - May 18
• Carlisle All-GM Nationals - June 8
• Carlisle All-Chrysler Nationals - June 22
• Carlisle All-Truck Nationals - July 20

Participation Levels:

• 25 vehicles - FREE 20x20 tent
• 50 vehicles - FREE 20x30 tent
• 75 vehicles - FREE 20x40 tent

* New clubs that want to participate or clubs that didn't meet the 25 vehicle requirement last year will need to make a $160 pre-payment. If the club meets the 25 vehicle requirement this year, (based on Carlisle Events' computer registration records), the prepaid tent fee of $160 will be reimbursed after the event to the club official who initiated the arrangements. Keep in mind that each member must register individually for the showfield. Be sure that they list the same club name when registering. A club organizer can collect the registration forms or they can be mailed individually as proof to receive the tent. Payment must accompany each registration in order for that individual to be considered pre-registered.

Coolest Club Hangout Award

All clubs are required to display a banner at their tent with their club name. We ask for the banner so that we can judge the Coolest Club Hangout Award, which was a hit in 2008. The Coolest Club Hangout Award will be presented on Saturday morning to the club with the most creative club tent display. In addition to the display you must also be an example of what Carlisle Events is all about: HAVING FUN! The Coolest Club Hangout award is a groovy banner for your club to proudly display at Carlisle, at your home gatherings and at any other events your group attends.

Carlisle Club Challenge

Carlisle Events also offers a club participation award to the club that brings the most cars to each specialty show. The Carlisle Club Challenge is based on the total number of registered cars for an individual club. The club with the most registered cars will win the Carlisle Club Challenge winner banner to proudly display at Carlisle, at your home gatherings and at any other events your group attends.
